Terms of use

• You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to create an account.
• Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• An account is for one person. Don’t share it or resell access to courses.

• Each course is a one-time purchase that gives you a personal licence to use it for as long as it is offered on Effiot. There are no subscriptions.
• The price shown is the total you pay, with no fees added at checkout, and is confirmed before you pay.
• Refunds follow our refund policy, including the 30-day money-back guarantee.
• If we ever have to retire a course you bought, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice, or a refund if you bought it in the previous 90 days.

• All questions, explanations and other course material belong to Effiot or its licensors. You may use them for your own exam preparation only.
• Don’t copy, publish, scrape or redistribute course content, or use automated tools to download it.
• Our practice tests are original and are not affiliated with or endorsed by AWS, CompTIA, ISC2, PMI, Scrum.org or any other exam provider. Certification names are trademarks of their owners.

Certificates show that you completed an Effiot course. They are not professional certifications and don’t replace the official exam.

Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to break security, disrupt the site, use stolen payment details or upload harmful code to the online compilers. We may suspend accounts that do.

We work hard to keep courses accurate and the service available, but we can’t guarantee that you will pass an exam or that the service will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you live elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.
